This late extension of the series explains the long gap – three months – between the two last issues. The American story "Repeat Performance" was described as a "bonus story" for this issue, and is not considered part of the series – it was also excluded from the trade paperback. It's conceivable that this choice saved IDW both from having to find a British story that fit in this final issue (they still had to cut almost two pages to make the story fit), and from having to extend the trade paperback with too many additional pages.
