Transformers - competition for Nordic Transformers fans
The competition is now over. The winners are:
T-shirts: Simon Johansson, Sweden; Peter Obermüller, Sweden; Christer Persson, Sweden; Olli
Jaakkola, Finland; Taavi Suhonen, Finland; and Joona Palaste, Finland.
"Secret" prize: Dennis Forsström, Finland (the exact nature of this prize has yet to be
revealed, my first contact at Atari mentioned a 35 cm-tall promotional cardboard display for the game as a
possibility, but I have not received confirmation on that prize)
Note: I was notified immediately after the draw at the end of June that the note that the T-shirts
were still being printed, so it may take a while before the prizes actually sent out.
Terms and conditions for the competition:
The last day for entering is June 21, 2004, and the
winners will be drawn at random from those who have sent in correct answers.
The competition is open to residents in the Nordic
countries only, i.e. Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and The
Faroes. No membership or purchase is necessary to enter the competition. Jury members and their families
are not allowed to enter the competition.
Babelmedia in England will handle the mail-out of the
prizes, and will contact the winners by e-mail to get their home addresses. Only the winners' e-mail addresses
will be forwarded to Babelmedia.
The results will be announced on the website at the end of
June, and will remain available for at least three months afterwards. The winners' name and country will be
published, but not their e-mail addresses or other contact details.
One entry per person will be counted. If you send in
multiple entries, only the last one will be considered for the contest.
The contest entries will be judged by a jury consisting
of Lars Eriksson and Peter
Tägtström. The jury's decision is final.
